Choosing Which Auction House: Players decide between gold auction house and real-money auction house. In each of Diablo 3's game regions -- The Americas, Europe, and Asia, there is a separate set of gold and real-money auction houses that is supported by the different currencies in the region. Accounts may have a maximum of 10 active auctions per gold and real-money auction houses.
选择使用何种拍卖行：玩家可以随意选择使用金币拍卖行还是现金拍卖行来出售他们自己的宝贝。在全球的D3三大服务器——美服欧服和亚服*中，都有各自独立的仅比拍卖行和现金拍卖行。一个账号在金币和现金拍卖行中，最多只能各自发布十项拍卖项目。

Access to Home Region Auction Houses Only: Players will be able to access the real-money auction houses in their "home" game region only. Due to various factors, including technology, regional regulations and different currencies, the auction house for each currency is completely independent.

Max and Minimum Bids:
Gold-Based Auction House:  Minimum is 100 gold, and the maximum is 100,000,000,000 gold.
Real-Money Auction House:  Minimum is $1.25 and maximum is $250.

Auction House Fees
Before you post your auction, any fees that apply to your listing is displayed in the center section of the Sell tab, and these fees will only be charged if the auction successfully sells, and will be deducted from the item's final selling price.

How to Cash Out:  Players must select the 'cash out' option as they're listing the item for sale.  Money earned and sent to their battle.net balance is non-transferable to a third-party payment service (like Paypal).

Gold Auction House:  You always get 85% of the sale price.

Real Money Auction House:
Selling a commodity (gold, gems, dyes, crafting):  You get 85% of the sale price as battle.net balance.
Selling equipment: You get the sale price minus $1 as battle.net balance.

Cash Out:
Selling a commodity (gold, gems, dyes, crafting): You get 70% of the sale price as USD.

Example Sale Math For Equipment:  So if you want to put up a sword (equipment) on the auction for $10.00.  Then once the item sells, they will be charged $1.00.  So a net profit of $9.00 is generated and $10.00 is deposited into their battle.net account.  If they want to 'cash out' your money from your battle.net account and put it in their Paypal account they will need to pay an additional 15% transfer fee.  So $8.50 is put into their hands, but subtracting their listing fee, their total profit comes to $7.50.

Example Sale Math For Commodities:  So if you want to put up a stack of 20 gems (commodities) on the auction for $10.00.  The player will have to pay 15% ($1.50) listing fee once the item is sold.  So a net profit of $8.50 is generated and $10.00 is deposited into their battle.net account.  If they want to 'cash out' their money from their battle.net account and put it into their Paypal account, they will need to pay an additional 15% transfer fee.  So $8.50 is put into their hands, but subtracting their listing fee, their total profit comes to $7.00.

How Long Before I Receive My Money?:  Gold auction house will be reflected immediately in the player's balance.  After selling successfully selling an item on the real-money auction house, the money will be reflected in the player's battle.net balance or approved third-party payment service account after a minimum 24 hour processing window.  Usually the auction proceeds will appear within 72 hours, but in rare cases, it could take up to 5 days
多久我能拿到我的钱呢？：金币拍卖行的成交结果会即时得在玩家的账号里面显现。在现金拍卖场，卖掉一件东西后，大约在24小时之后相关的金额信息会出现在战网的账户上或者第三方类似贝宝的服务提供商那里。72小时的情况会很少，而5天的情况会非常罕见。

Required Security Measures On Large Balances:  Players will be required to attach the free Battle.net Mobile Authenticator, Dial-in Authenticator (where available), or use a battle.net Authenticator to have a balance for more than $100.  Once the battle.net balance reaches $250 or higher, the player will no longer be able to post additional auctions until the balance is brought below that amount.  In certain cases where the battle.net balance significantly exceeds this maximum due to a series of high selling items, the player will have to create a Paypal account (if one is not already attached to your account) and will have to contact customer service to assistance.

Canceling an Auction:  The player will have 5 minutes after posting an auction to cancel it for equipment (weapons and armor).  After 5 minutes, the auction is permanently committed until it sells or it expires after a 48 hour period.  Auctions for commodities can be cancelled at anytime and there is no fees for cancelling an auction in either case.
取消一个拍卖：玩家在挂上去一个拍卖的装备后，只有5分钟的反悔时间可以把他们取下来。一旦5分钟过去，就只能等待物品卖掉或者过了48小时的时限。但是，对于商品的拍卖可以随时取消。

Failed Auction Sales:  If the player's auction did not sell after 48 hours, the item will be returned to the player and can be found in the "Completed" tab in the auction house interface.  A maximum of 50 items can be in the "Completed" tab, so be sure to move items to the stash regularly or the item will be permanently lost.
拍卖失败：如果玩家的拍卖商品挂了48小时都没卖掉，那么这个商品会返还给玩家，并且可以从拍卖行界面中“完成”的分页中找到。“完成”分页最多存50件物品。切记经常处理放在那里的物品，如果满了的话，新来的物品会永远的丢失掉，再也找不回来了。
