You can use english here
Do you want to extract or import texture map？
First you should set your game path in “游戏信息.txt”
It‘s should be like this：

LinkData 位置=(YOUR GAME PATH)\DYNASTY WARRIORS 9

For extract，you should open “解压文件.cmd”（It's means unpack files） and select the third option， drag your bin files to “解压文件.cmd“ to unpack “bin” file to “bin.udata”
Then ，Start  “导出贴图.cmd”（It means extract texture map）and drag “bin.udata” file to “导出贴图.cmd” to extract dds file
Done

And for import，use “导入贴图.cmd”，drag the bin.udata file which you want to import，and second drag the dds file folder into it，press enter，and then use  “ 压缩文件.cmd” to pack the bin.udata to bin file，it's done
