Fixed performance and settings patch:
- removed the experimental SSAO and Shadow Quality settings and readjusted some more things under the hood.
This patch will have quite a healing effect on the framerates when playing at max settings and at high resolutions.
Keep in mind that there's a frame limiter in place though, set to either 30 or 60 fps (depending on your individual setup).
