《地牢守护者》为ARPG和塔防的混合游戏，支持4人合作模式以及15个不同岗位进行战术策略防御，击败敌人获得的奖励可以用户升级自己的武器和防御力。开发人员将4为主人公改为Q版角色，加入BOSS模式及大量绚丽武器。
以虚幻引擎推动的《地牢守护者》终于有一个确实的发布日期了。这款塔防RPG混合体将于10月19日登陆PC和Xbox Live Arcade，PlayStation Network方面则依然有待证实。
《地牢守护者》将会支持跨平台游戏，其中包括：PC、PS3和掌机版本，而Vita平台也在计划之内。无论是区域网或是连线，两者都可以进行合作和竞赛模式。
