关于“"unable to find a version of the runtime to run”解决办法
今天玩质量3 发现用之前用过的修改器无效，提示“"unable to find a version of the runtime to run ”我用的是win7，关于这个问题，真是百撕不得骑姐。翻遍了各大论坛，也无解。
最后，卸载了.NET 4.0之后重启， 问题迎刃而解： 原来是.NET4.0版本不对。需要4.0.30319这一个版本。我之前的版本是低于4.0.30319的。
有这个错误的大侠们，记得装这个版本。
