      《在远方：追云者编年史(Yonder：The Cloud Catcher Chronicles)》是由Prideful Sloth工作室制作发行的一款动作冒险游戏，故事发生在一个名叫Gemea的巨大岛屿上，大到什么程度呢?玩家将可以在这个岛屿体验到八中迥然不同的气候，从白雪皑皑的山顶道烈日炎炎的沙滩应有尽有，而且在不同的环境下动植物还完全不同。曾经一片祥和的Gemea因为一片邪雾笼罩在绝望的气氛之下，而我们的主角则要通过不断的探索来了解这邪雾背后的秘密，并一步步将Gemea恢复为昔日的天堂。
