You can pick and choose whichever you want to affect. Be aware as you progress through the game, the S3 versions become the most dominant you'll see in-game.

I've labeled the mods as S1, S2, S3 for specific game stages as Snake goes through the game:

Do not overlap Stages or you may experience issues. Should be fine as long as you have one of each S stage installed.

Issues: There's some rare instances in cutscenes where the beard will return for certain scenes and then disappear when it changes to a new scene. Don't know how to fix that yet.
