Less Stamina Consumption for all actions.(-20%)
所有动作的耐力消耗更少。(-20%)
Since there may be multiple calculations to get the final stamina consumption of a certain action in the game, -20% may be applied to each calculation, so the final stamina consumption of a certain action may not be -20%, it may be more.
由于游戏中某个动作的最终体力消耗可能会有多次计算，因此每次计算可能会应用-20%，因此某个动作的最终体力消耗可能不是-20%，可能会更多。
