TO REDUCE MORE OF STUTTERING IN MOST OPERATING SYSTEMS WE RECOMMEND THE WINDOWS REGISTRY EDITOR

High Priority in CPU - DISK - RAM Processes (Reduces Stuttering in GAMES)

Unzip and put the .PAK into the ~mods folder.
