This trophy can be obtained during the story quest "Martin's Dream".

Follow these steps to ensure you do not miss it:

[*]Find Leech wandering about the area and talk to him. During the conversation, choose the option "Would you take a bet for it?".

[*]Win the horse race. A suggestion is not to follow the roads but go straight to the next point, traversing fields or woods.
