Buffed some personality skills.
增强了一些人格技能。
Buffed useless personality skills and increased almost all personality skills to slight, moderate, and broken.
增强了无用的人格技能，并将几乎所有的人格技能提升为轻微、中度、破损。

This two are probably the most useless personality skill in my opinion so I buffed them up.
在我看来，这两个可能是最无用的人格技能，所以我对它们进行了增强。

Haymaker - 100% Crit DMG
干草机 - 100% 暴击伤害
Strategic Order - 25% Crit Rate
战略命令 - 25% 暴击率

I also buffed almost all personality skills in different adjustments. Just pick the mod whatever you want.

Buff - only Haymaker and Strategic Order
增益 - 只有 Haymaker 和 Strategic Order
Combo Magic - only Combo Magic with 90% chance of activation

Slight - personality skills effects increased to 2-10%
轻微 - 个性技能效果提升至 2-10%
Moderate - personality skills effects increased to 5-20%
中等 - 个性技能效果提升至 5-20%
Broken - personality skills effects increased to 50-300%
破碎 - 人格技能效果提升至 50-300%

These are the personality skills buffed in Slight, Moderate, & Broken.

Some personality skills are hard capped I think messing with them might cause some errors and freezing so I didn't touch them.
