Drop the 3 files from the .zip into your ~\Steam\steamapps\common\Hi-Fi RUSH\Hibiki\Content\Paks folder.

I can only assume this disagrees with other replacement files so delete the other beam sword if you have it in there.

Make sure you are using the Patched Launcher!
