Extract those into the folder with your executable, which should be steamapps/common/Hi-Fi RUSH/Binaries/Win64. Then open the game properties in Steamand add "-fileopenlog" without quotes to the launch options at the bottom of the General tab.
把它们解压到和可执行文件一起的文件夹里，应该是 steamapps/common/Hi-Fi RUSH/Binaries/Win64。然后在 Steam 打开游戏属性，在通用标签底部的启动选项中添加“-fileopenlog”（不带引号）。

Installation: Extract all included files into the ~mods folder in steamapps/common/Hi-Fi Rush/Hibiki/Content/Paks. If that folder does not exist, create it.
