It was developed and tested on a system consisting of an Intel Core i5 9600K CPU, 16 GB Intel ARC A770 GPU, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1 TB Samsung 980 PRO hard drive. The game runs on this system at 60+ fps in vanilla mode at a 1080p resolution with all settings set to ultra. With 1.1 preset enabled, the frame rate varies between 40 and 50 fps. An unintended effect of the preset is that on-screen text may be occasionally less readable, and the black bars at the top and bottom hide the subtitles, which is why it would be better to disable them.

Installation: Download and install Reshade (this preset is tested working on6.0 Reshade version), locate and select the Dead Space.exe game executable. After the installation is complete, decompress the contents of the preset into the game folder where the executable is located. During gameplay, open the ReShade menu and select the "Cinematic Dead Experience 1.0 or 1.1 .ini" preset.
