This mod removes instant-death outcomes from high-risk events, turning unfair “you die for clicking a button” moments into something you can actually play around. Looting corpses and interacting with major story/boss aftermath events will no longer randomly kill your cat. Likewise, sacrifice-style choices and progression triggers still count as activated and will grant their intended rewards or unlocks, but without requiring a cat to die.
这个模组取消了高风险事件的瞬间死亡，把那些“按键就死”的不公平时刻变成了你可以玩得开玩笑的。搜寻尸体和参与重大剧情/Boss 后续事件时，猫咪不会随机死亡。同样，牺牲式的选择和进度触发仍算激活，会获得预期的奖励或解锁，但不需要猫咪死亡。
The goal is simple: keep the tension and the rewards, ditch the run-ending nonsense. You can still make risky choices, chase rare loot, and push story progression without losing a valuable cat to a coin-flip outcome.
目标很简单：保持紧张感和奖励，摒弃那些让人结束游戏的无聊内容。你依然可以做出冒险选择，追逐稀有战利品，推动剧情推进，而不会因为抛硬币而失去宝贵的猫。
Recommended for new players, casual runs, and anyone who prefers strategy over surprise executions.
推荐给新手、休闲玩家以及任何喜欢策略而非出其不意处决的人。
Just extract the data folder into the game’s root directory to use the mod.
