Gives all classes the ability to split their movement into two separate actions for more control over pathing.

Thieves can split their movement one more time than other classes.

Thief's Agile passive has been reworked to include the benefits of Fast Footsies to compensate for the loss of its functionality.

NOTE: This mod makes straight-line targeted attacks and abilities stronger than before due to better positioning control. Melee characters will also see improved performance due to the ability to attack between moves. Nothing I can do about that.
