Lemmy posted the Mac/linux versions of rc2 on forums and it caught my eye when he said its a "hybrid of RC2 & RC3"
Sooo... simply put it has some stuff added for RC3 that isnt in RC2 yet, what all is added to it you ask?
well i have no fuckin idea lol.
I DO know it has the tutorial and kate back which werent in RC2 so thats something there may be more.
I edited the linux version to work on windows just run the batch file to play, below are the notes for the old crack which still works.
Be sure to read the bottom new notes and the old notes if you havent.

Zomboid.exe just does everything automatically which is unnessessary (well its good for morons lol) its an auto extract exe made with winrar, run it, hit install, done (win 7 tested only).
OR
For smart peepuls just put the 2 files that are in the zomboidcrack.rar
in your user profile directory Zomboid save folder which is USUALLY
Win7: C:\Users\(YOURUSERNAMEHERE)\Zomboid
WinXP: C:\Documents and Settings\(YOURUSERNAMEHERE)\Zomboid
Game Issues
if you have troubleness aka it not running
#1 install java 7 (http://www.oracle.com/technetwor ... nloads-1637588.html)
#2 edit the included ProjectZomboid.bat in notepad (right click the bat file hit edit) and change only whats in the first quotes (C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe) to correctly target your java 7 install directories java.exe, save changes and close notepad.
#3 if game continues to not work beat head on keyboard and complain on their forums.

NEW NOTES
There are no gaurantees the stupid autoextracting Zomboid.exe i made will work since it was made in winrar.
If it doesnt you just take the 2 files from zomboidcrack.rar and put them in the SAVE folder..
NOW AGAIN the 2 files in the rar DO NOT go into the game folder they go into your ZOMBOID SAVE FOLDER which AGAIN is located at
Win7: C:\Users\(YOURUSERNAMEHERE)\Zomboid
WinXP: C:\Documents and Settings\(YOURUSERNAMEHERE)\Zomboid
Once the 2 files from the rar are in that folder the game should start and not even ask for a user/pass.
ANY PROBLEMS
1. INSTALL JAVA 7
2. Make sure the ProjectZomboid.bat is pointed at your java.exe ^^^ read game issues #2^^^.
