The Advanced Forge is used for one purpose: To forge Tungsten
Ingots into Forged Tungsten. Forged Tungsten is required for
advanced and endgame items such as Tungsten Plate Siding and
Tungsten Reinforced Spikes.
Use a shovel to insert 10 coal to fire up the Advanced Forge, then
shovel your Tungsten Ingots in. Allow some time for the
Advanced Forge to work, then loot the machine for your Forged
Tungsten.
The Anvil is required to make Metal Plates, which are used in
the crafting of nearly every Machine as well as many other
items, including the Fire Axe.
Using the Anvil requires a Shovel and a Sledgehammer.
Materials required are Coal and Forged Iron.
Using the Shovel, right click on the Anvil to heat it. 10 Coal is
required to activate the Anvil. Next, use the Sledgehammer and
right click with at least 4 Forged Iron in your inventory. You will
hammer out the Forged Iron into Metal plates like a master
Blacksmith! When finished, search the Anvil to collect your
Metal Plates.
The Coal Oven is used to make more efficient use of Tree Trunks.
Tree Trunks can be turned into Charcoal (Coal) by placing in the
Coal Oven and cooking with 10 coal. Use a shovel to insert the
items, and wait for your Tree Trunks to be turned into Coal! The
use of the Coal Oven effectively doubles the fuel value of wood.
The Condenser is a solar powered Machine that does the mundane
task of collecting water for you, leaving you free to loot and explore
the wasteland more.
Not only does it collect water for you, it purifies it for drinking as
well!
The Fermenter is a device used to make beer. The process
requires 16 Wheat, 4 Apples, 4 Water and 4 Bread. Use your
trusty Shovel to insert the items. After some time, the Fermenter
will produce a tasty Hard Cider Beverage!
The Miner is a machine used to autonomously drill for Ore and
raw materials. Once constructed and placed, the Miner requires
no further input from the player. You first lode will appear within
15 minutes, and additional lodes will be produced every 3 days.
Return to your Miner and loot it for its contents. Beware, you
cannot pick the Miner back up once placed. The Miner will
randomly produce every raw material from dirt to Tungsten Ore.
The Rail Block is less of a machine and more of an efficient means
of travel. Players traveling on the rail Bocks move 50% faster than
default speed. Craft a path of Rail blocks to travel to select
locations with haste!
The Refiner is required to process Oil Barrels into usable
resources. Gone are the days of crafting Gasoline with your bare
hands!
The Refiner produces semi-random amounts of both Gas Cans
and Oil - so the initial investment is well worth it.
The Refiner can process 4 barrels of Oil per use. The end result is
a total of 28 to 52 Gas Cans and quarts of Oil, randomly generated.
It will, however, always generate both products.
Use a Car Battery to power up the Refiner after loading your Oil -
using your trusty Repair Tool. Load the Car Battery in its
compartment by right clicking on the Refiner with it in hand. One
Refining session will drain the battery, which is returned to the
user as a Dead Battery. Batteries can be recharged with a Solar
Charger, listed below.
The Rock Crusher is a Coal powered Machine used to make
Gravel and Sand out of Stone. Simply load your Coal with the
Shovel, then load your Stone and let it go to work. Loot the
Container for 15 Gravel and 10 Sand per Stone used. Perfect for
mass Concrete Production!
The Smelter has one purpose: to maximize Tungsten production.
The Smelter produces 50% more Tungsten Ingots per Tungsten Ore
than the standard Forge.
Load 10 Coal into the Smelter to power it up, load 10 sand with your
shovel, then load your hard earned Tungsten Ore and wait for it to
process. A must have for those using Tungsten Tools and Weapons!
The Stamping Press is required to make Tungsten Plates, which
cannot be hammered out on an Anvil as standard Metal Plates can.
Tungsten Plates are required for upper tier blocks such as Tungsten
Doors, Tungsten Plate Siding and Tungsten Spikes.
You will need a Car Battery to charge the Press, then add Forged
Tungsten with a shovel into the Press. Loot the container when it is
done for the finest Tungsten this side of the Wasteland!
The Solar Charger is a device used to charge Dead Batteries. Simply
right click on the Solar Charger with a Dead Battery to load it ,then
wait for the charge to complete. Charge Time is about 15 minutes
per Battery. Loot the Machine when it is done to retrieve a fully
charged Car Battery.

Biomass Processor生物质反应堆 生物质反应堆，以上面培养的藻类为原料。10个煤球激活，放入64个藻，产出生物能源。生物质反应堆还可以处理有机垃圾，需要学习配方：Live Free Or Die II 。煤驱动，收集64个有机垃圾也可以产出生物能源。生物能源可用于融合燃料电池的充能，作用于高级自动挖矿机。以后将有其他设备用到这种电池。 The Biomass Processor takes algae as a raw material. Use 10 coal to heat the machine, then feed it a stack of Algae (64 algae). After some time it will produce Biomass.
Biomass is processed organic garbage. A machine called a Biomass Processor can be crafted after learning the recipe via Live Free Or Die book. Powered by coal, add collected garbage to it in stacks of 64 to produce Biomass. Biomass can be used in a Fusion Generator to charge fuel cells, which are now used to power the Miner. Other devices will be powered by these cells in the future!
Fusion Cell Charger 融合燃料电池充电器 用扳手放置空的燃料电池，再加入1个生物能源，待充电完成。得到融合燃料电池，可用于高级自动挖矿机，也可用于高斯步枪充能，完全是高科技啊。
Place an empty fuel cell in a Fusion Cell charger with the wrench. Then feed it one Biomass and wait for it to charge. When the charge is complete, loot the machine for your Charged Fusion Cell. Fusion Cells are used to power the Advanced Miner, The Gauss Rifle, and the Hi Tech Charger.
