1、c++错误
提示the following componets(s) are required to run this program: microsoft visual c++ runtime
http://www.2265.com/soft/536908.html，点击下面的上海电信下载，下载微软常用运行库合集（77.3MB），貌似主要是要更新2015-2022。
2、提示Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000和Tempest_Win64_Shipping 错误
创建快捷方式，target后面加空格-DX11，如"F:\games\Tempest Risingv1.1.1.44720\Tempest.exe" -DX11。

遇到的是问题2的注意是在快捷方式的属性-目标里，不是快捷方式名字
