Fix for Level 8 bug

When you hit the dirt road, right before the cutscene with Alpert, pull down the console (~), and type "gametime.maxvariablefps 3" without the "", then close consol (~). Try to do this as close as possible to the start point of the cutscene, since the game becomes incredibly slow and you still have to drive there. Then, the cutscene should play normally, and afterwards you wake up when Boomer is thrown in the prison, and he'll open the door as supposed to. At that point, pull the console (~) again and make the fps back to normal by typing "gametime.maxvariablefps 200."
