Mods Included

Most Food Items should restore health completely.
Most guns have unlimited ammo
2 storage rooms full of guns and weapons. (safehouse storage room 11 and just across the hall of the first maintenance room. )
Sword and Baseball bat will never break, (only used those 2 for now)
Baseball bat will send enemy's flying across the screen and 1 kill with baseball bat will give 25000 PP Points! Level up quickly and get a achievement
Wheelchair gun should never break
Bike with chainsaw in main lobby (see video)
Unlimited supply of zombrex in security office.

And Anything else I forgot!

not sure using these mods will effect any achievements ( use at your own risk! )

Replace the datafile.big!
