This "mod" adds around 450 ambience/background sounds to the wasteland as well as buildings, caves, downtown D.C and metros. There´s no .esp and no overwriting of original sounds.

The sounds herein are mostly what I feel fits an empty wasteland. Some rockslides, a few rattlesnakes, the odd carrionbird and some barking dogs, rustle in the bushes, one or two wingflaps from startled birds, some flies and the like. At night there will be crickets and the occasional howling dog/wolf.
Inside buildings you'll hear much more creaking and crumbling as well as debris falling. In caves there'll be rockslides and water dripping. In downtown D.C there are more buildings creaking and metalstress. Please note that some of the sounds are used for multiple areas, for example rockslides occur both during the day and night in the wastes.
There are no gunshots in the distance, no 'anomalies', no explosions or people screaming, since frankly I found it not very plausible that I could watch a fight between supermutants and raiders in the distance and not hear them, but would be able to hear gunfire and screaming way off by the horizon.

Please take note that many of these sounds are very subtle and have a low volume, so depending on your current sound configuration you might not hear all of them, but as a rule, if you can hear Bethesdas original sounds, you will hear these. I will not upload a "high-volume version".

I made this for myself after downloading and listening to Honnou's Wasteland Ambiance mod at http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4021 and gradually replacing pretty much all of his original sounds. There might be one or two left, and if that is the case I am truly sorry and will remove this file if he so wishes.
Same goes for any other ambience mod on the nexus, I dont believe there are any soundfiles left in my mod, but please contact me if you want credit or this mod removed.
Also there shouldnt be any original Fallout 3 sounds in here, but its around 2 am and I am a bit drowsy, so chances are I missed one or two. Still, they wont overwrite anything, unless you unpacked the original .BSA

I've played easily over 150 hours with this with no crash, and this will only conflict with mods adding sounds to the original game folder-structure, and only if those mods use the same names as my files.

This is provided 'as-is', I will probably not update or add anything to this since I really havent touched it in about a year, if you feel the need to alter and upload any of it, feel free to do so, and give me credit if you like.
