DESCRIPTION:

It's an Old Fashioned Calculator that adds +3 to the Barter Skill. It can be found right at inside the exit of Vault 101 to the left. It looks just like a pencil. It weights 0 pounds and is worth nothing.


HISTORY:

- Give it a value.
- Figure out how to add the '+' signs next to the skills.

I was thinking about it when I was doing the Multi Tool. Thought it was a cool idea also and I will not be making a bunch of MODs like this in the future. If you think it could use improvements of any kind let me know.

INSTALL:
- Add to Data folder.

UNINSTALL:
- Remove from Data folder.
