hosts文件如何添加本机IP

我下的是R大硬盘版，里面的文本中只写着“去Windows文件夹下System32driversetc，找到hosts文件用记事本打开hosts，加入以下语句”这样的字眼。当我打开hosts文件文件后，我不清楚那些IP地址该添加到一行之中。
