MaJ v1.1: Fix a clipping prob with female version

This mod adds 2 variants of the helmet M1 (with and without net) in fallout 3.
Textures used are under big size for more of detail (2048*2048 for the biggest)

Two manners to obtain it: - to buy it at Moira Brown, Flak and Shrapnel or caravan of Crow
- go to Crater Side supply or at the entrance of Underworld (see screenshoots)

Here we are, it is the first one mod that I made for Nexus
