Decompress the file

Open DM or DMLite file
打开DM或者DMLite文件夹

Copy darthmod.pack and Paste to C:...SteamSteamAppscommonempire total wardata
复制darthmod.pack到C:...SteamSteamAppscommonempire total wardata文件夹。
or
Copy darthmodlite.pack and Paste to C:...SteamSteamAppscommonempire total wardata
或者复制darthmodlite.pack到以上文件夹

Copy the respective user.empire_script.txt (of DM or DMLite) and Paste to :
复制respective user.empire_script.txt到

VISTA and Windows 7 users

Vista and 7: Start->Type in the search dialog space %appdata% ->Enter

STEP 5 (Recommended)
Install the included campaign starting positions. Installation instructions inside the file "DM Startpos Files".

STEP 6 (Optional)
Copy/Paste the file unit_pack_compatibility_project_v5_8.pack to your game folder C:...SteamSteamAppscommonempire total wardata so that you can see some unit missing names.

    * The easiest way to understand that you have DarthMod installed watch a line infantry to have 110 range (And that the unit size is larger than Vanilla).
    * If your PC cannot handle the thousands of troops of DarthMod Empire lower your settings (Normal = approximately Ultra of Vanilla version)

另外还有DARTHMOD ULTIMATE COMMANDER 6,0，增加大量新单位，和图像和音乐等等，配合DarthMod Empire 6.0
