Today, the Nosalida Gang Hideout sees a lot more action as we introduce our latest Red Dead Redemption Social Club Challenge (press pause and visit the Social Club tab in the pause menu if you need info about the Challenge).  

A skirmish has broken out at Nosalida and the Mexican army wants your help in taking care of a "problem" they have been experiencing with the rebels. You’ll need to put your Legendary Marksman skills to good use as part of this week’s challenge, but you’ll also need to warm up your throwing arm and study your treasure maps to conquer this challenge.  

You will need to complete these three objectives to complete the Nosalida Challenge:
Kill 5 rebels with fire bottles  
Find 3 treasure chests
Disarm 2 enemies

(Fire bottles disperse a crowd of rebels very quickly and luckily they are part of this challenge.)


(Marksmanship is everything in the West, this challenge is no different.)  

Before you can gain access to the Gang Hideout you must have completed the mission "We Shall Be Together in Paradise" given to you by Irish.  Play the Challenge and then visit the Social Club to check out where your time stacks up on our Challenge Leaderboards.  All you need to take advantage of any Social Club Challenges is a Social Club account which can be created in-game or on the web by going here and registering.

If you earn at least a silver medal in this Challenge, you will unlock the Rise Up cheat - giving weapons to every civilian you come across will make the world feel a lot more deadly (do note that enabling a cheat will disable saving and the ability to earn Achievements/Trophies).  Get your Social Club membership and see if you have what it takes to clear out Nosalida.
