Arcania II or Gothic 5?

I am just wondering who will develop the next game ?

If it is SB than long live the gothic franchise or is there a possibility that PB will develop the game
(I know they are busy with Risen 2)

Does anybody know if PB has the rights for making a gothic game or is it SB(Jowoods) rights.

I doubt that we will se another Gothic from PB but i am holding my thumps

SB I lost faith in but in PB my hopes remain
