By default, the game will switch your camera to auto vanity mode when you have been idle for 120 seconds. In auto vanity mode, the camera pans around your character until you move again. This mod disables that feature by making you have to be idle for more than 100 hours before the auto vanity camera kicks in.

The mod is inside a zip file, you'll need to extract the mod from the zip file with a utility like WinRAR or 7-zip.

For most people, this file needs to go into:

c:program filessteamsteamappscommonfallout new vegasdata

After you have done that, start the game with the launcher and click Data. Check the check box next to the mod's name, then start the game.
