Bug Fix/Improvement

- Fixed the 188Beggar dialogue that showed up as altered (by FNV Edit Tool)
- Destiny Gambler: Increased the message timer.
- Friend of Friendless: Friend's health gets reset after combat.
- Friend of Friendless: Updated the script to make friend teleport while player and friend are not in same cell/worldspace.

Balance Adjustment:

- Nikola's Shockwave: nerfed the total energy-resistance to 10%.
- Autodidact: changed the level requirement to 12.
- Bottle Rush: Nerfed the bottle spawn chance to 40%9
