【代码：D1016A3D】（正常情况载入MOD就会自动得到这个东西，但是有很多人没有自动添加[包括我]，现在我直接把物品代码发上来。各位自己用控制台player.additem D1016A3D 1 添加吧）

得到后可在防具栏找到


使用后退出BB小子并收起武器会弹出终端界面

使用这个控制器可以改变某种天气的出现几率，持续时间。
并且还有可以立即改变身边天气和环境的功能

有些天气效果需要设定开启后才会有
具体的作用请各位自己研究吧。
