游戏下好，key买到以后注册了windows live id，开始游戏时登入windows live 输入注册的邮箱和key之后在join live的downloading profile的时候显示和windows live断开联系。提示

the profile could not be signed in to live .there may be a network problem or the windows live service may not be available

我该怎么办
