To (try to) test DX11 do the following:

Download the following files:
System.cfg:

DX11.7z:

Backup (do that) the following just in case:
crysis2(5620)_01_13\system.cfg
crysis2(5620)_01_13\Bin32\CryRenderD3D9.dll
crysis2(5620)_01_13\Bin32\CryRenderD3D9.pdb
crysis2(5620)_01_13\Bin32\d3dx9_42.dll

Copy&replace the system.cfg file to the root dir. (crysis2(5620)_01_13\) ,
Extract&replace the files from the .7z archive to Bin32 dir (it works only with 32 exe! but both windows x86 and x64 should work) .

Make a shortcut to the Crysis2.exe file located in Bin32 dir. , now right click it -> Properties , and in the target field add:
-dx11

it should look like:
"crysis2(5620)_01_13\Bin32\Crysis2.exe" -dx11

Now run the game from the shortcut ,

I can`t test it my self , but it may (or may not) work
