The city is positioned on both sides of a river and on a number of islands on the river, which makes the traffic and transport quite tricky at times.
The map uses a few mods - BuildAddon by Bel_Alex (here), Ads pack by steveb (here), and a modified CIS regions pack by Bel_Alex (within the package I provide).
The city has a mixture of Russian and Ukrainian street etc. names, and is in the region of Ukraine (added by Bel_Alex). I hope you'll find it entertaining.
Extract whole content into Cities in Motion/addons folder.
