This is my little mod for a player house. It is a Bruma style house located in a very isolated place accessible only
by a road and crossing a very large bridge---at least the first time. (You can fast travel there later).
INSTALLING:
Unzip the file with 7-zip or an equivalent programme. Then put the unpacked files in the following locations:
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/skysummitlodge.esp
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/meshes/clutter/signs/signbridgeentercyrodiil.nif
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/meshes/clutter/signs/signbridgeenterskyrim.nif
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/meshes/clutter/signs/signskysummitlodge.nif
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/textures/clutter/signs/bridgesignentercyrodiil.dds
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/textures/clutter/signs/bridgesignentercyrodiil_n.dds
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/textures/clutter/signs/bridgesignenterskyrim.dds
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/textures/clutter/signs/bridgesignenterskyrim_n.dds
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/textures/clutter/signs/skysummitlodge.dds
...bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/textures/clutter/signs/skysummitlodge_n.dds
Then go into your "oblivion.ini" file which is located here:
C:\users\---- whatever your user name is ---\my documents\my games\oblivion\oblivion.ini
and make sure you have this entry: "bBorderRegionsEnabled=0" If it has a "1" at the end, change it to a "0".
Then when you start the game, tick the box labelled "SkySummitLodge.esp" in your data tab on the Oblivion Launcher
