On the island:

• A beautiful lodge fully stocked with booze, furniture, decorations an aquarium etc..
• A fully stocked lake with bowfishing access.
• A Great White Shark holding pen for the ultimate bowfishing. Don't fall in!
• Killer whales and dolphins swimming around the island.
• A target range with bottles, a dummy target, and a captive Ogre with uber health (pincushion).
• Wildlife such as rabbits and white deer for your hunting pleasure.
• Once found, a fast travel marker on the map.

Incopatabilities

This esp is merged with "clear water" so it will change the color of your water making it clearer from above and underwater.

Bugs

The Great Whites "hop" around abit, working on that.

Other files needed

You may need OBSE. Without it the aquarium may not work. Testing now to see if mod works without it.
