本次更新包括了目前进度一大部分,更多的M2还很远。
目前来说发现有小部分误判,会修正,但是发现这与脚本修改(Script Modification)无关。

-目前作弊判断数量达到以前(previous CI version)的10倍。
-作弊Ban 3天,以后会修改。
-M2会有内部控制台自定义地图……
-未来更新会提供关闭作弊ban提示。
-除了Dedi Server,其他游戏中(除了mod pit和Private Match(?))使用命令会得到noope的提示。
-没有官方记录Ban,但是有的会员提供了。
-M2没有确定内容,未来几周会更新demo版。
-0xC0000018的错误:
    当iw4m1.dll改变内部DLL文件载入顺序时,一个系统hook在原始steam_api.dll之前会被载入占用其位置,Windows发现steam_api未被载入后就会有这个提示。
    Dedi Server没有更新计划。
-目前是默认全屏窗口化,取消方法:控制台: r_noborder 0; vid_restart 如果你的全屏化后没再正确的位置:vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; vid_restart.

更新记录:
-全屏窗口化:类似于Sourse引擎的功能,无缝窗口化体验。
-取消主菜单的Main menu按键。
-关闭以下变量的保存(为了不引起一些问题):环境物体交互,血,聊天框位置:dynEnt_active, cg_blood, compassSize, cg_hudChatPosition.
-更整洁的exec命令,IWD修改配置文件依旧有效。
-增加M1标签:为了M2准备
-配对模式无法强制建主,修改参数。除了Mod Pit。
-文件保护:sv_cheats不会再被其他方式开启。
-用户可以将stats数据上传到IW服务器(?)。
-IW服务器端修正,可以正确处理 LSP packets.
- HTTP APIs on the server, Additional HTTP calls (/server/[decimal ID], for retrieving the current server a player is on; and /pstats/[decimal ID], for retrieving the player stats buffer) have been added to IWNetServer.
-增加#7,#8作弊判定。
-Server List显示服务器数量从512提高到8192。
-Server List按名称筛选会排除掉非字母数字字符。
-游戏类型会显示当前使用MOD,如果你要玩无mod游戏的话,简单多了。

- 'now playing' display for MPD, A feature that'd be useless to most, the game client can now announce the currently-playing song in MPD - using the command np [host] [port].
     显示当前MPD在播放的歌曲。
- Statistics display on the forums
The first use of the /pstats/ API, you can now display your rank, prestige, title and (if no avatar is selected) emblem on the forums - you currently need to manually fill out your XUID in your forum profile.

     你可以在论坛显示你的各种数据了,目前你要手动输入XUID。

IW4M1 - client-side hotfixes; changelog and FAQ

As most of you have noticed by now, a new client update has been released recently. This update contains mostly high-priority fixes for the IW4M1 (1.0.182-based) branch, and is separate from the still-in-development (keep an eye out for some new maps) IW4M2 branch, which will have a number of new features (but is still a long way off).

The most important feature in the recent M1 updates is an improved version of the existing CI system (Cheater Intelligence, officially) with a generic detection for a number of internal and external cheats. We are aware there might be some false positives with this new detection (#7), these will be looked at in due time. Testing, however, has shown none of these detections are caused by script modifications.

Also, some minor tweaks have been made in this branch (/iw4/m1/iw4m1/) - details of which are listed below. First, however, I'd answer some common questions.

Does the anticheat detect all cheats? I could've sworn I saw someone aimbotting/wallhacking/norecoiling!
As with the previous CI version, not nearly all cheats are being detected - however, the amount of detections has increased by a factor of 10 since the 'signatures' got updated.

How long is the ban caused by CI?
Currently, 3 days - however this value might be tweaked in the future.

Why is there no ingame console/custom maps/...?
IW4M1 (maintenance-only branch) isn't IW4M2 (the awesome-new-stuff branch). I'd expect all of you to be intelligent enough to know the difference between '1' and '2'. If not, I also don't expect you to be literate, and as such you won't be reading this.

How can I disable this annoying CI spam in my game chat?
A flag to disable 'type 0' chat announcements will be available in a future update - don't worry.

What's this 'noope' in my console when kicking people?
As most people abused console features in the client; any operator commands have been disabled for matchmaking (except for the Mod Pit playlist; and not including private matches). If you want control over your game; run a dedicated server.

Where can I see statistics/logs on CI operations?
No official statistics/logs exist (outside of the #alterIWnet-ACT IRC channel on Rizon); however some community members have created services using the CI stream to display these.

What are the development plans for IW4M2?
No plans have been set in stone yet, however an update to the demo will hopefully be released in the coming week.

Why does this 0xC0000018 error occur?
As iw4m1.dll changes the internal loading order for DLL files, a system hook is loaded before the 'original' steam_api.dll, taking up the space that steam_api.dll has to load in. After Windows detects steam_api.dll hasn't loaded in this space (as the system hook is placed here), it displays this error.

Is there any dedicated server update?
No dedicated server update is currently available or planned for the Iw4M1 branch.

Why does windowed mode no longer have a border?
This default setting is set so that people newly switching to windowed mode can have a proper 'fullscreen'-like experience. To disable it; execute r_noborder 0; vid_restart in the console. To move your game window to the top left of the screen, execute vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; vid_restart.

And now, for the full changelog you've all been asking for for the past, um, few days.

- Borderless windowed mode
This feature is similar to the '-noborder' flag in Source engine games, and allows for a seamless windowed experience.

- Disabled 'main menu' button in the main menu
This button was mostly useless as it started Steam.

- Removed the archive flag from a number of commonly-messed dvars
A number of support issues (non-moving dynamic objects, lack of blood, changed chat position, ...) were caused by this. The full list of dvars that are no longer saved follows: dynEnt_active, cg_blood, compassSize, cg_hudChatPosition.

- Proper 'exec' command
This is mostly an internal cleanup, however you can also execute configuration files from IWDs now.

- Added IW4M1 build tag
Mostly for consistency with Iw4M2.

- Removed certain features causing 'host abuse'
Cheat-protected and otherwise-protected various commands related to forcing host/setting game settings in matchmaking, except for playlist 16.

- Fixed write protection
This should fix the 'exploit' of enabling sv_cheats client-side.

- Stat dumping
Clients can now properly send statistics (player stats) to IWNet servers advertising this capability.

- Server-side cleanups
A lot of changes have been made to IWNetServer, which now properly handles LSP packets.

- HTTP APIs on the server
Additional HTTP calls (/server/[decimal ID], for retrieving the current server a player is on; and /pstats/[decimal ID], for retrieving the player stats buffer) have been added to IWNetServer.

- Additional CI infractions
CI infractions #7 and #8 have been added.

- Server list limit extended
The old limit of only showing 512 servers at one time has been increased to 8192, displaying all servers at once.

- Server list ordering changed
Sorting the server list by name now ignores any non-alphanumeric characters.

- Game type modification display
The 'game type' column now displays the modification a server is running, if any - this makes it easier to find (non-)modified servers.

- Broadcast support
IWNetServer can now broadcast messages to clients - in the future this can be used for important announcements.

- 'now playing' display for MPD
A feature that'd be useless to most, the game client can now announce the currently-playing song in MPD - using the command np [host] [port].

- Statistics display on the forums
