You should have installed iCEnhancer Mod first & a graphics mod will be better.

This is a modified iceconfig.ini file.
I have changed parameters for a better look and tested with GTA.IV 1.0.7.0 Update.
You can replace the file with the original iCEnhancer 1.25 file or just use alternative configuration file.

* It should reduce the present of the red sky bug.

* The too-bright scene still represented.

* I have changed more that 90% of the parameters following ENB series documentation to optimize how it looks as I feel to be more realistic.

* I will try to record a video & post in in YouTube
Replaces: Backup & replace config.ini with this
