Install and Usage:
1. Extract Archive to Oblivion folder
2. Go In-game
3. Use the Change Voice Spell
4. Set to Set 3
NOTE:
-If you have been modifying your M3 folder in any way, you have to delete your original M3 folder else give your character a split personality between the voice you have and a burly Russian man.

-If you want to use this on a female character rename "m3" to "f3".
