原说明: BSAopt is a tool which manages and recompresses BSA-files. It has been forked off NIFopt and both programm share the same underlying technology regarding BSAs. Both programs treat BSAs exactly like directories, files inside can be adressed easily.

对我们来说,就是在obmm和bsacmd之外又多了一种针对bsa的新工具,对天际来说,不需要再借助辐射的fomm拆包bsa了,并且修改后的文件能装回去了.

补充: 分32及64版,需要安装Visual C + + 2010,如果是32系统,就只安装32版VC2010,如果是64系统,建议同时按照32及64版VC2010.
