Fixed a partly-english interface bug.
  Fixed text ovelapping bug in the banner window.
  Fixed menu strip missing on some systems.
  Added an ability to create *.PhxManifest files in game's Full information window.
  Added updated CS:Source support.
  Fixed a bug with processing installscript.vdf (while copying files).
  Fixed a bug in "Update CDR" plugin. Now Update Centre shouldn't crash while loading.
