Welcome to Balmora! Sitting on a large river in a land of evernightly time, this city awaits you to grow! Ever since the fall of Vivec City, and later central Morrowind, Balmora has become the one Dunmeri hub of culture. With the Akaviri invasions bringing strange, awesome architecture, coupled with the city's skybreaking buildings, Balmora is a city of her own, and the economical capital of Morrowind.
Will you manage to build a transit system in the city's narrow, old streets or congested highways, and bring about this new shine to the city?
The city does not yet evolve with time.
Features
¤ 50'000 inhabitants
¤ Huge, complicated city layout. Downtown full of narrow streets and passageways, inner suburbs (western shore) somewhat organized, eastern shore and suburbs utterly desorganized! Many shopping streets, and about three smaller CBDs, as well as a lot of more traditional features.
¤ Lots of different districts, industries - non linear gameplay.
¤ Lots of detailing! Actually, certainly more detailed than most Tokyo maps so far.
¤ This is a quite challenging map, but beginners should find their marks.
