上古卷轴4在读进度时经常卡死，这是怎么回事？

我的上古4是年度版的，升级版本为1.2，并且装了资料片和一些少量的mod。

经过BOSS排序，没有任何的红字，就代表没有大的冲突，至多只有一些小冲突，并且我也安装了weOCPS防跳出补丁，跳出问题基本解决除了偶尔的错误跳出，可是就是有时读取进度的时候会卡在进度条的画面，音乐仍然正常播放但是就是管理器里显示上古4未响应，发生时间从1小时到3小时以上不等。还好我用的是窗口模式，可以退回到系统，再进游戏也快，但这样多少给游戏的流畅度带来了问题，谢谢大家有谁能帮帮我？顺便说一句，我有用D3D的汉化补丁，不知道是不是它的问题？
