问过EA客服了。
他说Please be informed that currently there is a known issue going on with the Game, our engineers are aware of this problem and they are working in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I would request you to please have patience until issue resolves. I hope you would be able to enjoy your game at the earliest.

意思就是工程师已经意识到这个问题并在努力解决。据BF3的官方论坛的下午五点多发的帖子说，是被黑客掌握了PB的Ban人权利




另外现在上BF3网页上方有提示，看图
