There are no plans to produce Chinese version officially.

All male member of your familt automatically become generals when they come of age, you can also adopt others into your family.

Yes, there is one single tax rate, but you can exempt certain region from tax.

翻遍了帖子,没有讲到关于中国内容的~但我记得这个人说过一次

主要是中国的历史比较复杂, 而且没有权威的把握. 中国玩家对历史的真实程度要求比较高, 再加上三国题材日本做的也比较多了,所以出关于中国历史的比较困难.
