Hello Heroes,

While patch 1.3 is on its way, unfortunately it will not be released this week as announced previously. We are aiming at releasing it when the quality will meet our expectations.

We would like to give you a sneak peek of what’s going on on this side and explain why the patch is delayed.

As it has been already stated about a month ago, we are currently working hard on fixing the game and our commitment to improving, correcting, enhancing Heroes 6 remains untouched. We can see that you are waiting to see the result of our work and we are doing our best to deliver the best quality product in time accordingly to release planning.

After being developed, the patch has to undergo several technical tests. Should any issue surface, the patch goes back to developers to be fixed before release.
Now that you know the process, we can tell you that tests of the patch 1.3 were not successful, which explains the delay. Unfortunately, the dev & QC team are struggling with some network issues that are very time consuming to track and fix. Those issues keep us from releasing the patch in the wild, as some feature would just not work under certain conditions. We are currently thinking of a practical way to get the patch to you as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated about it.
