製作小組在官網發了一篇關於下一版更新檔的咨詢帖

As you'll probably know, we're already working on our next patch (details of date, size and so on are unknown yet) in order to rebalance some things.
Therefore, I want to announce what changes are planned so far and furthermore, to get some feedback of you


1) Reputation
We want to add a gain of reputation for the following circumstances:
- destroying a pirate convoy
- destroying a hide out
- open the first warehouse in a town

In addition, we're going to check the triggers for missions regarding reputation (There are more than 3 missions...).
So far, we do not see any good reason to decrease the loss of reputation as this feature should be challanging towards the player.
1) 聲望
增加幾種獲得聲望的方法:
-摧毀海盜船隊
-肅清海盜據點
-於每個城市建立的第一個倉庫

應該還會增加更多獲得聲望的方法

2) Endless sieges and time freeze
We're still on it
2) 無盡的攻城和時間停止
-修正時攻城&間停止bug(攻城有bug嗎?)

3) Fencing bout
We have researched extensively and gained a lot of players opinions after PR2 and during the preliminary stages of PR3. Result: Only a very few have spoken in favour of such a feature. So we decided to not implement this.
3) 單挑
-鑑於海商王2發行後大多玩家表示不喜歡格劍,不打算新增!

4) Town defence
Well, currently, we have the intention to implement a (Patrician IV-like) 'in-town-patrol-mode'.
4) 守城
-打算引入大航海家4的城市巡邏模式!

5) Stewart
We are planning to add a buying option for stocks with a supply of 2 bars min.
5) 倉庫管理員
-計劃加入自動購買選項,而市場的供應量最少要在2格或以上(還是殘廢功能,不能仔細設定)

6) Discouver hide outs
We're going to increase the probability.
6) 發現匿藏點
-我們會增加可能性
這個不確定是指海盜還是玩家的,似乎是指海盜

7) Naval battles
- Your ships can't damage themselfs!
- A 'flee' tactic will not be implemented as every MP-gamer will probably agree (would be a massive exploit - we already implemented a timer for not fleeing). A player should be able to calculate his/her chances before a naval battle even starts (I personally won't even start a battle knowing that I'm going to flee...).
- Boarding: It seems there is a 50/50 ratio of players having either no problems or big problems... (I wonder that there are no (?) 'How to' manuals here...)
- Boarding while an automated battle: No, we think the player fighting manually should be rewarded. (... MP-gamers will probably agree too ^^)
7) 海戰
-不會再誤損自己的船隻
-不考慮堵加逃走的選項,因為線上玩家不喜歡。玩家應權衡自己的勝率再開戰??沒提到海盜攻擊
-登船:有人覺得有問題,有人覺得沒問題
-自動作戰不會俘虜船隻,一分耕云一分收獲

8) Beeing a pirate
We want to inrease the reward for plundering a town.
