召唤蓝天，Wrye Bash3.01问题

之前用的是3.00今天打开闪退，升级到3.01后问题依旧，参照http://tesfans.org/wrye-bash-ascii-codec-cant-encode/  更改了非UNICODE编码后总算有东西可以看看了。
