说明：
SIR是什么？
天际技能界面纹理（SIR）是修改的技能菜单和界面的纹理，其目的是提供一个更加逼真和高清的技能界面。目前，SIR解决了技能
界面恒星背景，星辰，额外线条，星座图与星云。此外，它还包含几个不同的各个方面的mod，希望能吸引您的个人喜好！为什么
呢？我创造了这个纹理，因为我感觉自己就像在默认情况下是非常不现实的。有无数的模型与贴图的，使天际“高清”和“高品质
”，但我没能找到一个技能界面类型的MOD，技能界面，这是一个重要的MOD。
炉火：现在这个mod的实现了炉火的吸血鬼和狼人的技能菜单的选项！从主体到先前炉火的吸血鬼和狼人界面，
炉火选项带来了相同的沉浸感，现实，和星座！

• I am pleased to report that 6.0 is finally released!
  Please read this top paragraph for news on 7.0! Read the paragraphs below for a detailed report of 6.0!
• I am very excited to report that for 7.0, I am turning to you. I have some ideas, but I want to hear what you think. I want to know what you would like to see in 7.0. Want to see another perk color, a new constellation option, or anything I haven’t already done? If so, post a comment below and tell me what you would like to see in 7.0! I will make a list of all of your ideas and try my best to implement them (within reason) in 7.0!
• In the following paragraphs I will debrief the changes I instituted in 6.0. The largest change is my combination of the HDR nebula and star background options. Before, these options overlapped and caused the file to be larger than necessary. By combining them, I have made the file 10 megabytes smaller as well as tidy up the installation process for manual installers. Also, I have removed the Version 2 options and the real more stars options. I have combined them into one version, immersive real stars, which is in my opinion far superior to either of the two. By combining the realistic background of real stars, with a less starry alternate of version 2 I was able to add stars dispersed throughout the 3-d space. This means instead of just having the stars in the background, there are actually stars that the camera will fly by when you zoom in on a perk tree or perk line. I think it has turned out great, and I think that in order to truly appreciate the skill menu, this combined version is necessary because of the new dispersed stars which truly give the sense of a realistic space. Hopefully you will agree with me after you try it!
• Also, in 6.0 I have released colored perk stars! They look great and are currently available in white, blue, green, red, orange, purple, teal, and yellow. These are the colors I have come up with in order to address the basic colors I thought people would ask for. However, as I stated above, if you would like to see another color in 7.0, please do not hesitate to post below!
• Lastly, alongside 6.0 I have released compatibility for SkyRe! So, if you have been holding off because of incompatibility worry no more! Simply download the normal mod (installation of your choice) and then download and install the compatibility patch under the optional downloads. I have added all of the traditional constellation options to the SkyRe textures so they should bring all the options to SkyRe.
• As a whole, I am very proud of how 6.0 has turned out and I am very excited to see what is in store for 7.0. Remember to post below with your ideas for 7.0!
