在上个月的主要拍卖之后，在4月15日还会有一个新的法院审核售卖程序，这是竞拍者的最后期限。

THQ提供了6中不同的方案。《暗黑血统》，《红色派系》，《国土防线》和《究极大越野》将作为单独资产卖出。内部资产将捆绑在一起卖出，有版权的资产则另外售出。买家除了要支付资产之外还要支付版权费用。

全部方案明细已经列出，但所有方案都包含一些小资产如《颜料宝贝》，《最高指挥官》《泰坦之旅》《描绘生命》《洛克的冒险》《万圣节大作战》《Worms and Stacking》。无论是谁挑选了这些游戏，他将会负责全部费用。同样的，他也将有权进行游戏的后续开发。

THQ说他们已经知道有超过100家对其资产感兴趣的公司，并且要参加这场“充满活力的买卖”。

上个月THQ正在研发中的产品已经售罄，除了著名的Vigil工作室和其《暗黑血统》。许多前Vigil成员键入了新的Crytek团队，但是Crytek显然对动作类游戏不感兴趣。
